So what we're gong to do now is the press stretch technique. We're going to press and
stretch, press and stretch, press and stretch. Where ever you start, you want to go down
and away from, press and stretch. The only reason we incorporate press on this part,
we are trying to fight tension, but this area compensates for the other no matter what.
Even though it is not as tight, we kind of want to stretch it out. We want to put pressure
but we also want to relieve it at the same time. You can do it in little areas or increments
or you can do the whole back.
