Now during the three minutes that you are waiting for you ramen noodles to boil you
can begin preparing the sauce. I usually start by taking whatever meat I'm going to add and
put it in my bowl, like I said you can either use the bowl you're going to eat out of, a
smaller bowl like this one or a mixing bowl. Depending on how efficient you want to be.
Today I believe we're going to use chicken for this recipe, the albacore tuna again is
I think the best, if you're going to go with the tuna and salmon is also another fish option.
Both are wonderful with pesto lime sauce, take your can opener, clamp it down firmly
on the edge of the can applying pressure to the handle. Give it several firm twists, now you made your way into the can of meat,
you want to go over to the sink and squeezing the detached lid into the meat, you will drain
all the water out. That way there is no valuable juice, it's only keeping your chicken or fish
fresh and you will dump your chicken into your bowl. This is the part where your fork
comes in handy to get the last bits of meat out of the can and dispose your can.
