Fc Barcelona - The secret behind la masia success

We have two centres in Barcelona one, that is known as La Masia, which is an educational centre, where children are accommodated, but I'm more in charge of the school, there are 350 children in the school who have passed the acceptance tests. Each year 1000, 1500, 1800 children are introduced to us, depending on the season and we select 80 children who are accepted into school. In the youth academy, which is the other FC Barcelona centre, we have scouting, process of acquiring, searching for players, including other regions of Spain, other parts of the world. That’s children who come into an institution, known as La Masia or educational centre Oriol Tort. FCB school has influential workers, headed by the director Xavi Mercé since 2007 and the people employed here are very young, well prepared, educated, who try every morning to improve what FCB represents as a school, on the national and international level.
