Let's do a recap of what happen last week.
In Hermosa Beach, there are 7 new listings, 5 pending sales, and 4 sold.
New listings is homes in Hermosa Beach just came on to the market. Pending sale is buyers and sellers had came to an agreement and now under contract. Sold is buyer took procession of the home.
There are two town homes in Hermosa Beach that I would like to mentioned on this show.
The first town home in Hermosa beach is 1129 Cypress, Hermosa Beach CA 90254.
Cypress just came on to the market last week. The other town home that I will mention has been on the market for a little while, and I will tell you all the history of it.
Because you are now one of our real estate insiders, and I will tell you everything I know about Hermosa beach real estate.
1129 Cypress, Hermosa Beach CA 90254 is asking $1.239 million.
4 bedrooms with 3 baths. it's an oversized Hermosa Beach town home, build in 2002.
2200 square foot, with hardwood floor and gourmet kitchen.
The comparison is 1451 Monterey, Hermosa Beach CA 90254.
Asking price is $1.449 million. 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. 2900 Square foot.
The reason to compare the two because they are both Hermosa Beach Town homes in Hermosa sand section.
They both have view. 1450 Monterey has been on the market on and off since 2008.
In 2008, asking price was $2.3 million. No buyer wanted to pay that price.
Late 2009, the price was $1.89 million.
Again, no buyer was willing pay that.
In 2010, the price came down to $1.449 million. Just another reduction of $50,000.
