So now in this clip we are going to do a version of prom but you are going to go to high to
low. High to low. Again remember you can take all this stuff and mix it up with the other
movement patterns but here is prom high and low. Now this is another variation of the
movement that we like to call the prom. So this is how we going to go from high to low,
go to lows to high. 5,6,7,8, low, your high, notice the feet always stay the same. Let's
turn to the side. To the back, to the side, back to the front. So look at Robert's arms
and his feet. Notice how he keeps everything nice and loose from top to bottom his whole
body is enjoying this movement. Good! This is how we do the prom.
