analysts are financial professionals who have expertise in evaluating credit worthiness
of a individual and businesses. They determine the likelihood that the borrower will be able
to meet financial obligations and pay back the loan. They determine whether borrowers
financial history and market conditions will be conclusive to repayment. Employment of
credit analyst could be in banks, credit rating agencies, investment companies, etc. education
requirement would be a Bachelors degree in finance or accounting or MBA finance or a
CA is generally preferred. Skills required would include-individual should be good at
financial ratios, financial statement analysis, knowledge of industry, due diligence, etc.
