I tend to start a lot of things and leave them unfinished.
A lot of things meaning books.
almost exclusively books.
It's not that I don't enjoy reading, it's that there's something about an undeniable
end that I really enjoy denying.
Beginnings are always so much better.
We hardly ever get perfect "happily ever after" anymore.
So if I don't finish it than it's not over.
Unfinished are the memories, or feelings or events.
They're just blowing in the wind, carried by the end that I won't allow them to reach.
But just because my selfish mind has stripped away the end doesn't mean that there isn't
one.
An end is always there.
We spend so much of our lives wishing for ends anyway.
The end of a class, a week, a work shift.
I have no desire for ends though.
I search for eternal new beginnings, a life only filled with new chapters, and not last
pages.
So...here's to continuing the book, and writing our own 'Never Ending Story'
