The Tatinof Phandom Project round 2 2016

Thanks!! If you’re interested in the making, keep reading: Jesus let me tell you about this. So last month I was like you know what, I want to do another project. So in one day, I created the entire website, write the script and uploaded the video the next day. So I was very not prepared for having THE SAME AMOUNT OF PEOPLE join to make this video. The last video project started taking submissions over the course of 5 months and this one as only a month. I thought it would go by fast because I already knew how to do it, but organizing took 3 FULL DAYS. Like the whole day and night for 3 days with very minimal sleep. What I do is take everyone’s clips from the emails and label them with Name Age Country/Tour Date so all the clips are like Dominique 15 Costa Mesa Show.mov And then I individually add the names on top of each video and export them. I had a friend help me and we finished all of them in a day. Next what I do is take each video and cut them into clips for all the lines. So for each video, there were 3-8 clips. Then I took the clips and put them into folders with the matching line. So 35 lines x 5ish clips x 140ish people is 4 days of work. Plus my very slow computer bc all the project files together are at least 100 gb But guess what. I got very sick because the night before, I decided I should eat ice-cream when I am very lactose intolerant and add that to allergies so I lost 2 days of work. So instead of doing 40 a day, I did 40 one day, and then 20 the ‘I’m feeling sick’ day, then 80 the next day. Fun. After that I auditioned the FINAL parts and got everything in a rough draft until it was perfect. I had someone do the music but I realized it wasn’t as good as the music in the first one so I end up spending all of Tuesday night and Wednesday morning (today) thinking of something even remotely good because Hey, I’ve never written piano music before. And you can't even hear it oh god why So that happened today and I finished the credits and the thumbnail the rest of today, and It just finished pre uploading.
