Hi, this is Yasmeen with Time Dog and today we're reviewing MakeIt-LoveIt.com Make It Love It was created by busy mom blogger Ashley Johnston. What was originally intended to be a private website where friends and family can share simple crafting ideas had grown into what we know today as Make It and Love It, sending waves into the mom blog community. Make It and Love It has a fresh, simple setup with a few categories right on the home page: Home, Free Tutorials, Shop, Frequently Asked Questions, Archives, About and Contact. There is a main stream of blog posts, which features Ashley's clever writing style and beautiful photographs. My favorite section of the blog is the Free Tutorials, which offers dozens of do it yourself how-tos on everything from re-purposing old furniture, unique holiday gift ideas, sewing tips, delicious health recipes and much more. Ashley also features easy to access social share buttons in the top right corner of the blog, including a Flickr stream where you can post pics of your home-made crafts. Make It and Love It is a gorgeous, super-informative crafting blog fueled by Ashley's daily inspirations from her family and friends as well as a member of the BlogHer Publishing Network.
