In this video, I show how to use
FmPro Migrator to automate the creation of FileMaker Custom Functions in a FileMaker database.
On the left hand side,
you will see that I have my FileMaker template database open.
On the right hand side
I have the FmPro Migrator Migration Process window open,
and I have clicked on the Custom Functions tab. There are 5 Custom Functions listed here.
And clicking on one of the Custom Functions will simply show the
code within the Custom Function.
To automate the creation of these Custom Functions in FileMaker, I click the
"Create All Custom Functions"
button, on this particular tab in FmPro Migrator.
FmPro Migrator will then automate the process
of creating each of these Custom Functions in the FileMaker database.
Please note that if you have any
errors in your Custom Function code, this will prevent the automated processing
from continuing.
