Hi I'm Brian Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you how to make eggnog
and stop buying that nasty stuff in the carton at the grocery. Now for the next step we're
going to take that sugar that we've got and we're going to add that in there all at once
and we're going to sit here and work it through, until we work a lot of the grit out of it.
It will sound almost like a scouring pad, you'll hear that sound kind of let off a little
bit as the sugar breaks down in here and kind of thins out. Plus you want to make sure there's
no lumps any where. You want to make sure you've got a nice even distribution of sugar
in here, because if not you're going to end up with a real grainy sugar or real grainy
eggnog whether. That's not at all desirable. So you can hear that a lot of that grittiness
sound is gone and you can see, textured speaking that it's nice, it's smooth, there's going
to be a little grittiness still because there's more sugar than there is liquid in here so
that's what were going to take care of in our next step. So now onward toward our next
step.
