This is the sixth step in Introduction to High Throws. It's a very good exercise to
practice the separation of the left side and the right side of the brain because we are
going to do different things with the right and with the left hand. So, so far we already
know how to throw a high throw and we already know how to throw a normal throw. So what
we are going to practice now is to throw at the same time a high throw and a normal throw.
So from my left hand is a normal throw and for my right hand is a high throw. And I am
able to do these two things at the same time which looks like that. This is something difficult
at the beginning, but I think it is a very good exercise not only for jugglers, but actually
for everyone. This is the seventh step in Introduction to High Throws, which is exactly
the same what we did in the sixth step, but with the left hand. So we do a normal throw
with the right hand and we do a high throw with the left hand. First we can try these
throws with each hand, just one after the other. But our aim is to do these two throws
at the same time, on this way. So we have a high throw from the left hand and we have
a normal throw from the right hand. Our aim is to throw the balls on a way that they arrive
always to the same point in my hands. And something very important in juggling is that
the throw is more important than the catch. So if we actually do good throws and then
we do not have to concentrate on the good catch. But the ball just arrives automatically
in my hands.
