How Does Your Agency Affect Ma Citizens?

There are a lot of agencies under my jurisdiction that I think we want to make sure we just keep people operating, keep people safe, you know for example the prisons and a other agencies like that, and making sure that keep operations stay safe. One of the key agencies that we operated out of the executive office of public safety is the criminal Justice system support where millions and millions of record checks around each year. People are coming up on camp season now they want to make sure that the camp counselors are licensed appropriately and don't have a background that's not appropriate for them to work with children so we make sure that those checks are done on on a daily basis on a a very timely basis in an efficient way so that's a nice way that we can interact with the public, make sure that people get the information that they're required to get by law but also that they feel safe in that they feel as though there's a way that they can interact with us appropriately.
