And from here, we can come back into Downward Dog, walking the Dog, walking the Dog, breathe
and breathe and breathe. Strengthening the arms and the legs and then coming down into
our knees and resting after that hard work into Extended Child. Plant the fingers into
the earth, engage the arms, draw the shoulder blades back. Rest, breath. Wiggle the hips
from side to side, helping to open the hips. Coming back up into Downward Dog and then
taking a step forward with the right foot, hands planted by each foot, lower the knee
to the earth, plant the top of the foot into the earth. Align spine, draw the arms up,
breath, arms comes down by each foot. Tippy toes on the earth, take a step forward underneath
the hips and dive it back up. Hand together above the head and down to the heart. Close
the eyes, breathe, relax and integrate.
