There are a couple of different ways that companies can make use of Weatherheads executive education.

With the first option, the customized option, we work with the company to develop exactly what they need for exactly who they need it for within their organization.
So, we will work with senior management to identify what the opportunities are for that organization, and then marry that organization with the right faculty at the Weatherhead School of Management to make sure that we help them to maximize that opportunity.

Another is to subscribe to our open enrollment series and to purchase a package of classes and then fit together the specific needs of individual employees with some of the classes that are offered at Weatherhead.

Another option for the companies is to take one of our existing open enrollment classes and offer it exclusively for their organization.
So, one of the 70+ programs we offer through our open enrollment programs, we can take one of those right to an organization, to any company, and deliver that program just for their employees.

While theres no average or typical organization that we work with, the one underpinning of all of them is that they have a restless urge to improve as an organization, that they're ambitious, that's they're driven.
And that's the sort of organization we work best with; where we can really take some of the inherent energy in the organization and channel it and direct it in a way that's going to maximize their success.
