Hi my name is Jane Murphy and I'm a chef today at Zen Clay Cafe in Morgan Town, West Virgina
and I'm going to be showing you how to make a heart healthy receipt called Chinese soba
noodle on behalf of Expert Village. Our next step we want to get our green pepper and of
course take out the seeds and make a few slices. About 3 per dish put them in with our vegetables.
If you have a red pepper that is nice, it makes some nice conclusion contrast. Again
take out the seed and we would cut a couple of slices and put them in with our vegetables.
