Hi I'm Josh Ellsworth with Stahls' CADCUT direct and welcome to our product demonstration
of Fashion-Film.
Fashion-Film is very thin, it's very soft, it's very light weight on the garment that
you're decorating.
As you guessed it's intended for fashionable, trendy garments.
It's comes in a wide variety of colors, and it's very easy to cut detail so you can...
it kind of caters itself to trendy graphics.
Watch, we'll cut it, weed it, heat it and show you the highlights of Fashion-Film.

When cutting Fashion-Film, be sure to set your blade depth and cutting downforce accordingly.
The material is thin so on a scale of 0 to 250 grams of downforce on the Rolad GX-24
cuuter, you'll need approximatly 80 grams of downforce.

Fashion-Film is pretty easy to weed
I grade this material 4 out of 5 stars.
One of the big selling points is the amoount of detail that you can achieve with Fashion-Film.
It's on a pressure sensitive carrier, so if you accidentally pick up a letter you can
position it back down, and you can also cut great detail.

After the design has been cut and weeded, it's time to heat apply.
I positioned my tank top on the heat press.
Simply preheat the garment for a few seconds to remove the moisture and wrinkles.
Fashion-Film applies at 320 degrees, for 20 seconds, at a pressure of 4 on the Hotronix
clam.
Take my design, it has a sticky backing, I position it down on my garment.
And heat apply.
The press automatically opens, so I can wait 10 seconds and peel this warm, or I can take
my garment remove it from the press, continue on with my jobs
come back later an peel this when it's cooled off.
And now that my design has had the time to cool off slightly, simply remove the backing.

So that's it.
