Acn's Jocelynn Hansen Promoted to Regional vice President

prior to ACN this lady works fulltime as a laser therapist helping her patients manages their pain she loved what she did and found it personally rewarding but financially it was a struggle as she lived paycheck to pay check but with no previous business experience or college degree she wasn't sure where to turn next yes he knew that thought become things and she could indeed have everything she wanted with the right vehicle ACN became that vehicle she began building her business and her future through residual income realizing that the days of living paycheck to pay check and trading time for money were behind her please help was promote to the position of regional vice president jocelynn hansen and tony piasa so let me share a little bit about myself first i want to ask is there anyone in the room under the age of twenty five [cheering] i'm hoping to inspire you today started this business i was told everything negative you could possibly hear how you can have family members that still to this day don't talk to me i have an uncle that said you know if you're going to do ACN then he was just very negative didn't wanna hangout anymore because i loved ACN so it's been six years we haven't hung out it's sad but where would i have been if i had listened to family members it's hard because when your family your blood tells you something negatively or not to do it it's hard to continue when it's your family fo you agree what about when it's your best friends or any of your friends that tell you no offense jocelynn i don't want to do what you do have you had that how about when people tell you you're young you're blonde hold on a second do you not see the topw speakers women what are they they're blonde it doesn't matter what background you have what hair color you are it doesn't matter anything let me tell you something you need to have the biggest reason why you need to have desire and no quit attitude because there was times in my business during these last six years that i felt like giving up but didn't last very long you have the voices on your shoulders telling you you can't do it listen to that person you just have to flick them off and you have to keep going you have to there will be times so if you want to become a regional vice president it's not an easy path there are up's and downs but as long as you can just get through it talk to the people that have done it have amazing i have an amazing mentor mister frankel franko he's taught me everything he's taught me everything everything he tells me to do i do whats that called coachable are you coachable what i recommend you do is you find someone that you can relate to someone you look up to and hold onto their coattails because they're going to the top let them drag you walk in their footsteps so this is something you have to keep in mind these events are why i'm here today this event this is my twentieth consecutive event and i'm so excited because it's the twentieth anniversary and my twentieth consecutive event and i would not be standing here today without these events these events are what made me who i am today im a different person today than i was five-and-a-half years ago five-and-a-half years ago i was this shy young girl that would hardly talk in front of a couple people and now here im speaking in front of twenty thousand-plus people i never thought i could ever do that so if your sitting on your couch and your thinking i cannot do that trust me when you start you can't stop soon they'll be turning the music on for me right it's like the oscars i hope they play a good song so i just want to honestly give it back to all of you every single one of you in the room you're like family have you ever noticed that everyone gets along with everybody everybody smiles everybody's hugging that's what i love about this business it's all family we all love each other i'm going to leave you with this you much push push persist until something happens thank you god bless helping people i have a lot of people in my organization that a couple hundred dollars a month would change their life just by helping them do that that's what inspires me and keeps me going. never miss an international
