Now I'm going to show you how to make a pineapple tea. First you're going to take your pint
glass and we're going to fill it all the way to the top with ice. You're going to put it on your bar mat, and
then you're going to add your alcohol. For this drink we're going use a 1/2 ounce of
***, a 1/2 ounce of gin, 1/2 an ounce of Bacardi, 1/2 an ounce of tequila, 1/2 an ounce
of triple sec, and that will do it for your alcohols. Next we're going to add our two
mixers, which in this is going to be sour mix and pineapple. So we're going to fill
it about half way with sour mix, and then we're going to add our pineapple juice. Next
you're just going to take your shaker, put on the top, pick it up, and fill your drink.
And now for the garnish for this you can use, if you have pineapple, you can use pineapple,
if you didn't have pineapple you can just stick a lemon on it, but I have both so I
will put both of them in. You're going to serve you're customer, and add a stir. And
that is how to make a pineapple tea.
