Today we'll be taking a look at part number HT5R. This is the Brophy Hitch Adapter, converting
an 1-1/4" hitch to a 2" trailer hitch receiver. It does provide a 5"
rise. Our rise is measured from the top of the 1-1/4" shank to the inside top edge
of the 2" by 2" receiver opening. This is going to help convert our 1-1/4"
hitch or class 1 and 2 receiver to a 2" receiver. Just keep in mind it's not to
be used for towing or with
snow plows.
