Alright, so grab another tortilla while our first one is heating up. Woah, one second.
Let's turn that over, we don't want it to cook too much. We just want it to get just
a teeny bit crispy. I turn mine over just like that, I'll show you. You grab it one
side, just be really careful you're not going to burn yourself, and if you feel it, it's
just barely barely hardened just a little bit and that cheese is what's really, I'm
trying to melt in there. If you're big buffet style and you want to serve everyone really
fast altogether, this is not the way to do it, ok? This is if you've got some time and
you don't have a huge group, because if a lot of people want to eat all together at
one time, just warm up your tortillas like we talked about before, either in the oven
or the microwave and you could serve everyone really quickly like that. Alright, so as I
said before we are going to be putting a little bit of rice on there. You've got your plate
to help you decorate, alright? Then grab your spatula, grab a little bit of the chicken,
a little bit of the onions, green peppers, alright? That's what you want to start with.
Grab some of your rice. The other extras that I mentioned like the refried beans, wow delicious
also. But, there's no space in that fajita as you can see for anything more so we're
just putting a little bit of rice in there. Ok? Your condiments. I'm going to leave the
shrimp out of this one for sake of showing you guys something different. Spread that
sour cream out, ok, and top it off with cheese. Now, don't throw away your limes necessarily
right away because there's some people out there that really like that lime sauce. I
know I do, and then you can add a little bit of extra lime on there just for fun, just
to show off. Alright? and go ahead and put that tortilla down. Careful of your fingers,
we're going to let that cook here in just a minute.
