Welcome to PC building simulator today I'm going to build or attempt to build
my computer on my computer so free build because I don't need to know how to
build a computer because I've already done it twice ones over there the other
ones there and that one I don't even use anymore
okay here we go oh yeah that was one that I built before okay pick up and
throw it away good okay let's try and build my
computer so I need the cases okay so my case is the be quiet silent base 800 the
one that's got a window on the side of it and it's orange now I don't think
it's actually in here which may be a problem I'm not seeing it hmm well I
guess it's not it's not here okay so I'm just gonna pick a case that's available
that looks relatively similar well none of them do I don't know let's just go
with this one okay I have it and then I place it there okay oh it's red alright
okay um click to work ok remove the side panel
oh that actually looks really nice okay what else can I remove it remove I have
our nvme SSDs I don't think are in the game yet but I've got a hard drive and
SSDs they've where do the SSDs go they go on the back yes well the looks of it
- SSDs in the back three here so maybe what I should do get rid of this entire
drive bay here okay that was easy umm I don't know which ones are these
I'm gonna have to remove so remove them later our SSDs can go there as well so
hard drives and SSDs I feel like putting this down there actually how big is this
I actually no no no no I'll remove the small one and stick the small one at the
bottom because I've got two hard drives don't wanna seeee ah I can't put that at
the bottom okay that's that's a bit annoying OOP
so I'm gonna go is the three and just put the three in there I've only got two
though actually hang on wait a minute oh
three or four of them but okay that's good enough in the top and the second
one so I don't need this bottom one so can can I just remove that go no I can't
what what okay there's more there remove them don't need it get rid of it the
front can remove that remove the dust filter can I remove the fans I can't
because I have to remove this first okay I want to put my own fans in it because
I don't want to have these crappy fans
PCs status missing parts wonder why but because I'm building it now in real
life this can take quite a bit of time but obviously this is not real life well
actually it is it's a computer game 100% legit all of the time okay so that one's
gone these ones my case has three of them in the front right there why do I
have an optical drive there's been a billion years there today
oh well take the top off what the heck is that a handle okay what why do you
know your handle just put your computer down and there we go okay anything else
to remove at the top nope okay I don't need these so I'll just get rid of both
of them on the SSDs in my case are actually on on this part of it okay what
about this power supply unit brackets can be removed because I don't need then
anything else to remove dust case filter ah I don't think that was useful okay
let's start installing bits and pieces into and I start with the
motherboard because that's usually what you start with so MSI that's it that one
that's the one I've got so I'm gonna put that one in here okay right so the case
isn't the same as what I've got but this motherboard is okey dokey now install
the CPU will do CPU so I need 7700 K I've gotta open that first now
installing the processor you do actually have to push the arm down well what
seems like quite hard for some people but in goes the CPU push this down and
then yeah that'd be some people find it difficult to uh well push down what am I
gonna put in now let's go with the RAM the memory so it is coarser for lots of
eight gig this is the closest I can get our way I've gotta open these up excuse
me just just like there we go and then stick the RAM in there that is good just
open these up because I need them then I gotta install another one there we go
that's not the actual type of RAM that I've got but it's the closest I can get
in this in this game at the moment I'm gonna install storage ok Seagate
Barracuda I've got one of them 4 terabyte got to put the thing back in
first ok so 4 terabytes can go in oh you have
to open the drive bays ok install hard drive there and then close it and then
open this one and put the other hard drive in which is a 2 terabyte of the
same mate here we go ok so that's that storage done now I
need to install my SSD which only 250 GB SSD ok we'll just look for a 750 watt
power supply 750 coolermaster 750 year that'll do modular as well I think
that's a modular yes 750 watt modular power supply
I can now go and install that power supply unit bracket on the side of it
and actually screw in the power supply suite now that's gonna stay there oh oh
hang on fans that I need to remove the hard drive the hard drives okay okay so
it looks like we're gonna put the fanzine okay so let's see where are we
cooling what size are they oh fits this pc okay so it looks like they won 20s
and they won 20s yes they are okay so what color do I want in my computer my
actual computer the fans are black let's go with this one
one 40s yeah there's two of them at the front of my case it looks like with this
case you can have a third one or up to a 360 ml radiator or something possibly
let's see yeah I can have a third one I don't need that because up here we have
an optical drive for me which is useless now because I don't use it anymore
cables I'll plug them in later okay now the hard drive thing can go back in
Seagate for terabyte back in there you go and a Seagate two terabyte back in
there okay what's next I've got the power supply
I've got cooling storage memory motherboard CP process graphics cards I
saw that one available but it was like three hundred four hundred extra dollars
or something where's the SC - oh there isn't one okay
we'll just go with this one then I'll look at that oh okay that does not work
that doesn't work my oh on mine the hard drive bays are down here on the
same level as that so maybe I should put this down there I don't know if it works
we'll leave it but if it doesn't stuff it okay so that's in I like that
graphics card cuz it's big apparently it's really
really heavy as well because it contains a lot of copper okay let's get a cooler
okay the standard one No oh that one looks nice really low profile wow that's
pretty cool that one's massive I want something that's absolutely completely
overkill I saw that one for sale I was looking at that one this morning
actually coolermaster cryo rig our one ultimate advertiser voice check I like
building computers the only reason I don't do it that much is because it's
expensive and if someone wants to buy computer components for me or build it
it's fun obviously ah just ignore that bit there okay now I guess we have to
plug it in okay so we're going to get the fan and connect it to the
motherboard then we need to get the that fan connect it to the motherboard and
then this one is going to go there cable management bro what's this power
obviously here we go so almost all Reddy's go except we need
tools we need
okay I need to find the cable that goes to the that and then remove it because I
forgot the thermal compound I've never had to put thermal compound on it before
on a computer before thermal compound now I forgot that bit ah a tiny little
spot okay cooling yay okay we're ready we're ready
to power it on sweet okay computer time I am using a computer on my computer
Omega system booting
sounds like a computer from the 80s add / remove programs system info 238 p.m.
hey it is it is 238 p.m. that's cool yes I wish to restart now okay and while
it is restarting oh that was quick will it run Photoshop cc of course it
will f1 2017 of course it will
why am i bothering we will e run we have a 1080 TI in an i7 GTA v obviously
minecraft oh gawd you'd be lucky if you can run that World of Tanks war thunder
please much better virus scanner we've just
booted it up but it's already got a hundred thousand files on it
lighting okay here we go call a master oh that's a case okay I'm gonna change
this I want it to be rainbow I don't want it to go that far so I want to go
this fast want to be a seizure seizure of color pretty much easy can I just I
just want to take can i I want to remove the side panel there we go we can see it
better awesome I'll turn it I'll turn it um this way
yeah check it out select all nights oh go static and go
red okay so they're all I'm red that's that's what I have for mine don't worry
about that fan just like you know chewing into the RAM there this is very
cool I want to run up a benchmark test it but after I change the lighting to
rainbow time offset apply 3d mark Advanced Edition okay we're gonna do
2560 by 1440 I'm gonna do all this run time spot 8,000 156 it's not actually
that bad that's actually pretty cool okay can i power off the computer yes I
can I maybe I should have shuts down just
turn on and turn it off I want to look at that no oh never plug
the cables in again okay let's have a look at the fans
okay that was something the lighting on my motherboard does not flash like that
because it would be like oh look at that get killed by something in Assassin's
Creed origins or whatever that's pretty cool though I like that right and turn
it off the lighting turns off which is nice
well I guess that was a successful PC build that's as close as I can get to my
actual computer because the components that are in my computer are not actually
in here yet my entire computer is really quiet because company is be quiet that
make the case but the radiator pump is loud so I kind of want to get rid of it
and just getting an air cooling system
because it well will be quieter depending on the brand that you go you
go for I reckon in the next episode I feel like doing another one of these but
in the next episode I want to make a computer that is absolutely insane okay
so we've got thread Ripper there what about I 9 i9 no I nines okay so in the
next only 16 calls okay in the next episode I'm gonna build the most
expensive computer that I can possibly build and then run time spy on it
because why not 8350 k yeah there are different actually
do we have the 4690 no we don't because 4690 the i5 is the the processor in my
other computer and that basically allowed me to start making all the
videos that I do but my new computer which is not new because it's almost a
year old now in a couple of months it'll be a year old that basically allows me
to record everything because it's got hyper threading and all that stuff but
that's that computer that is very very nice oh okay pick it up and check it
over there pick up an entire computer and chuck it down somewhere else pick it
up and yeah just chuck it there yeah I like this I like that quite a bit
actually PC building is expensive though but you know you can do it or you can
actually build a computer oops you can actually build a computer on your
computer and it doesn't cost thousands and thousands of dollars anyway thank
you for watching tell me what you thought of the video with a like dislike
or comment and I'll catch you in the next one
