Coming into Sages Twist. Let's sit up nice and tall, with our left leg extended long
and our right knee bent in. Let's bring the left arm around, turning towards the right
side. Now from here, we're going to take our left hand and reach it underneath the right
leg, taking our right arm, wrapping it around and attempting to clasp the fingers together,
getting a nice intense twist. Releasing the fingers, coming back into center. This is
another great pose to use the strap if you can't quite get your fingertips together.
So we'll wrap this arm around, reaching for the strap, allowing ourselves to be in that
nice twist.
