We have a responsibility to the NHS because, well, we rely on it.
Anything that the people pay for belongs to the people.
Everyone is going to need healthcare at some point.
There's just not enough to support helping everybody at every stage whenever they need it.
I think we all use the NHS and so we all have
a responsibility to make it the best that it can possibly be.
It needs to be used, obviously, responsibly doesn't it?
They should make them pay, you know, people who get drunk at night in town and all that
and they put excessive strain on the National Health Service.
Well it will help everyone I think if the NHS was in a better condition than it is at the moment.
We just need to be mindful of the fact that we use it when we need to but like you said that we don't abuse the system.
We ought to, be mindful of the pressure the NHS is under.
I think it's up to the NHS to decide how
they spend their money and perhaps a bit more wisely than they do in other words less management and a bit more frontline staff.
It doesn't matter what business it is, NHS
or any other business, we need to work in partnership. That means helping each other to make things better.
All of us may be patients at some time in
the future and probably have been already. So I think it's down to everybody to try
and improve it for everybody else.
We're the people that use the service. We're the people that, you know, actually need these people to be there.
It's give and take isn't it really.
We need to take some responsibility. It's a two-way street.
