CHEESE CUPCAKES
Cupcakes does not always have to be sweet.
There are plenty of savory cupcakes with a different fillings.
It is prepared quickly and easily.
Today I will make cheese cupcakes.
To do this we need: 2 cups of wheat flour, 255 grams of cheese,
1.5 cups of sour cream, 1.5 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs and 1/2 tsp ground paprika.
Combine the ingredients as follows: dry - into a first container, liquid - into another.
First sift the flour through a sieve together with the baking powder.
I have not big sieve, so I'll sift by piecemeal.
Add the baking powder.
The flour becomes more lush.
Add 1/2 tsp of salt and ground paprika.
Now we combine the liquid ingredients.
Divide the eggs.
4 eggs.
Whisk.
Add the sour cream and stir.
Done. Remained only the one ingredient - cheese.
Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
Add the grated cheese to the flour.
Mix the cheese with the flour.
The cheese fully roll in flour.
Add the mixture of eggs and sour cream.
Thoroughly mix until smooth.
The result is a viscous sticky dough.
It's already prepared.
We can place the dough in a molds for baking.
I will use a metal molds for cupcakes.
Inside put a baking paper.
You can use a silicone molds.
Put the dough in molds.
Note that the dough rises well.
So fill the molds for 2/3.
Put the cupcakes to bake in a preheated 180 C oven.
It took 35 minutes - you can check the cupcakes.
To do this, use a wooden stick.
I pierce the cupcake.
If the dough does not remain on the stick, the cupcakes are ready.
To make the cupcakes became more toasty, you can hold it for another 5 minutes on the heat.
But I am heating off the heat and leave the cupcakes in an open oven for 10 minutes.
The cheese cupcakes - great for breakfast.
You can take it with you to the work or give it to your children to school.
The cupcakes are pretty nourishing and at the same time not heavy.
