Pavritta Janu Sirsana or revolve head to knee pose is a really great pose to do with more
than two people. Three or four, however many. So we're all going to, this is Carrie, Carrie's
going to help Gina and I as we move out to the sides of the mat. Now we're going to bring
our left foot in. We're going to press our left foot together. Good. Our right knee's
going to come out to the side with the right foot right into our left thigh. Good. We're
going to inhale and rotate and face our knee and then inhale reach the arm up to the sky
and then as you exhale slide your hand down your leg reach unto those toes as you can,
and see if we can join hands overhead. Good. Inhale lengthen your spine, exhale rotate
your heart, your chest open to the sky, good. So using that elbow as leverage on the inside
of that thigh to open yourself up just a little bit deeper, good. Breathing in, inhale in,
exhale, revolve, good. Inhale release the hands reach up to the sky and all the way
back up and then extend your hand down.
