Hi I'm Marlene Speigel Founding Team Leader of Wildtree. I'm here on behalf of Expert Village to show you how to make a great beef and barley stew. The first Ingredient of course is Cubed beef. I'm doing it in a Crockpot. I do ninety percent of any stews or soups I make are made in a Crockpot. Why spend the time being at the stove for two or three hours. I have cooked barley. Which I just add water, two and a half cups, and a cup of the barley to make the barley. I'm adding that. Some onions that are diced thanks to some of my friends. A tablespoon of Wildtree's Scampi blend. Now this is so good on pasta, but let me tell you the flavor it adds in this beef and Barley. A tablespoon of the garlic grapeseed oil by Wildtree. Now this is like the best product ever. Two tablespoons of flour to thicken it up and then. Not the last ingredient but some organic beef broth for the beef. Pour right in were going to stir this up put the lid back on and were going to simmer for about eight to ten hours it will be totally cooked. You don't have to do anything else to it. You don't have to come back and Stir it, nothing just add the lid and then Viola! Look at that heaping bowl of barley and beef stew and I add a little bit of cornbread on the side.
