Obama Administration's Irrational Attack on Plan B Contraception

it uh... last week when was last week me was uh... was a last week at the beginning of this week website last month federal judge edward corbin of the u_s_ district court of the eastern district of new york i'm sorry no uh... i don't know if that's uh... the uh... the court regardless last month federal judge edward kore min ruled that they'll borrow my administration was wrong and overriding the f_d_a_'s recommendation for the over-the-counter merges and contraception the uh... so-called plan b was basically uh... so you can take i think up to three days after having sex that uh... prevents the eg uh... from fertilizing or uh... believe attaching embedding in the it's and the obama administration to f_d_a_ had found there was no medical reason no medical danger in terms of of allowing all access to this dropped to uh... women and or girls uh... in the same way that you can go in and buy tylenol uh... war retried is at the pharmacy this was found to be that safe and the f_d_a_ recommended full over the counter deo bombing administration overruled that decision and said it would be available uh... without a prescription although women over the age of seventeen now of course is very problematic because the women most likely to not have access to a prescription because they don't want to tell their parents that they have admitting gauging insects because uh... they don't have uh... the money they don't have access to retreat to a doctor are women under the age of seventy remember health is not an issue here so uh... this federal judge of found dets obama administration overruling to be completely capricious and not based on science the justice department on wednesday yesterday filed notice that it's going to challenge this federal court decision requiring the government to make emergency contraceptives are available over the counter two women of all induced the move comes just hours after the f_d_a_ had approved over-the-counter sales of emergency contraceptive women two women fifteen an old so in other words the f_d_a_ says alright when it will get a drop it by two years in this court case all of the um... uh... the women involved this court case were over the age of fifteen so they're still going to question uh... disc orchids but again now you've got to be uh... fifteen years old you gotta show i d well fifteen-year-old has a passport well fifteen-year-old has a passport what poor fifteen-year-old has a passport to bring it down to basically a nice comfortable rounded number of zero well they have access to their birth certificate okay so you're fifteen and also added taken an interest in the *** typically mobbed and we have a copy of my pursuit of the widening let me give me a break here again there is no health implications and if the f_b_i_ is gonna drop down to fifteen one at twelve there are no health implications it's ridiculous in the o'bannon ministration still fighting this and why you have a court that is overturned from a political standpoint this is no longer an active decision that needs to be made by the online restriction you're not going to see usual movement built around feel bomb administration not properly challenging this rule in federal court it's just ridiculous it's it's unexplainable cut
