welcome to DGclass in this episode I'm not gonna teach you any language
but I'm gonna teach you how to make chorizo which you can use in many different
ways
like on pizza burrito or on toast
and it tastes really good and it's really easy to make so be sure to try this recipe
out and tell me what you think
so we start off with a pound of ground meat
you can use beef or even turkey and it tastes really good
so before we get into the ingredients I want to show you what coriander seeds
looks like it's you know what you're looking for in the store
a good idea would be to use a pepper grinder
to grind those seeds up.
so here are the ingredients
we combine sea salt
coriander seeds
oregano
but wait! before you add the oregano make sure to crush it up in your hands
so you can look for any sticks
or flowers or anything that's not oregano
so once you make sure everything is good to go, then add it to the mixture
we continue by adding vinegar, you can use white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
it doesn't really change the taste
then, depending how well you can handle chili you can add 4 to 8
teaspoons of chilli powder. And then it's time to get in there
and combine everything together
keep working on it until you get something that looks like this
so once you get something like this, combine all together into a ball
and transfer to a container with a lid, so you can store it
in your refrigerator for 8 to 10 days. But honestly this is so good
I don't think it will last that long
I hope you liked this recipe, and make sure to try it out
Thanks for watching see you next time
