Now I'm going to show you how to make a watermelon shot. Now this is a shot that has a lot of
ingredients, so to make one shot can be kind of tough. It's better if you can make two
shots or if people order them together, that's great. Otherwise, I'm just going to show you
how to make a double shot today so that way you can see. First you're going to fill your
mixing glass up with ice. And you're going to want to fill it about halfway up with ice.
Next, you're going to pour your liquors in. Now this drink uses three liquors. We're going
to use a ***, and you're going to do just about, like a splash or a...a splash of each
one. It's about a half an ounce, a little bit less than a half an ounce. Next we're
going to add our mixers, and you're going to do about the same, just a splash of pineapple
juice. Then you're going to do a splash of orange juice. And finally you're just going
to do add a dash of grenadine. And this grenadine can be pretty strong, so you're just going
to want to do a little bit. And then you're going to want to shake it, any time you make
a shot... it's good to make it cold if you can, so you're just going to want to shake
it until the condensation appears, so you know it's cold. And struggle with your shaker
to give it out, there we go. Sometimes the colder it gets the harder it is to get out.
And you're going to take your strainer, and I'm just going to strain the drink. And that
is a double shot of a watermelon shot.
