in theobromine, that's a natural mood and enhancer it's also good for focus and
concentration
theobromine is that feel-good chemical in chocolate
lapacho is the inner bark of a tree that's native to Peru
it's got antibacterial properties to it. Its also good if you've
got a cold or flu coming on, steep up some lapacho tea
lastly raspberry leaf tea
raspberry leaves are used predominately for females in the third
trimester pregnancy, helps to strengthen the uterus
so these are three examples of teas that can help with your overall
health and wellness and there's so many others that you can explore and I
encourage you to do so
