You could say that
the mystery of this moment is always new.
There is magic in this moment right now.
It's always this moment. It's always now.
When I'm able to feel and see
this moment as it is
instead of being related to
the conceptual model
or think... a thought pattern
of this moment,
when I'm related to this moment as such
I feel that it's interesting.
So, I love this moment.
Of course it would be nice to say
that I'm never angry but that's not true.
I feel anger I can feel anger.
It is allowed to feel anger,
but instead of being angry
I can see
or feel the anger inside me.
So, basically if I don't label this feeling
as anger, I can see or feel that
actually it's all about energy.
I can feel this feeling
inside me.
Anger is such an energy that usually
feels somewhere in your body.
You can feel the the anger. And it's okay.
You can just watch it. You can watch as
the energy arises and well,
you can do something about it or you can just watch.
If you feel like this energy is
really strong then you could... then I could go out
and do some exercise, physical exercise.
But usually when I just watch and wonder
then it like fades away.
The usual way of feeling anger is that you are absorbed into it.
So you start thinking that
I am angry,
I am angry. So it's like being
inside this feeling.
But as you start... as this awakening process
gets along
you'll learn how to watch
emotions.
You can be the watcher and
these emotions and thoughts...
They just arise
within the consciousness.
And here's plenty of room. Nothing is forbidden.
The consciousness is vast and limitless.
There are no boundaries.
So you can embrace your feelings.
You can accept your thoughts.
Actually it's not a matter of whether or not to accept
the phenomena that arises
in your consciousness as the acceptance
is already done. Why is it done?
Because feeling or
the energy is there.
Same applies to this moment. The acceptance is already there
because this moment is as it is
whether or not you start wondering
should I accept this or not.
So this moment that arises
as it is within your consciousness
is a proof that the acceptance is already there.
Deep down in your soul you have already accepted
this moment and the feelings
and the thoughts that go along with it.
You have done it already.
So just breathe in,
breathe out. Relax. You're already there. No problem
