Hi, I'm Mike, President of Executive Exteriors & Remodeling.
Today, I'm going to show you a bathroom walk through.
Over here we have a six-foot
vaniety that we installed. This is brand new, customers picked out and had delivered to site and we installed it.
All new satin nickle hardware. We have the brushed nickle
faucet with the matching backsplash
and i believe this is a coran top
without undermount bowls.
They left the old shower tub, but we took all the old ceramic tile off the walls and redid all that with a new three piece stone runner
you can see its got the pencil on the top, the pencil on the bottom
and the nice mosic in the middle.
This was actually a full wall here and what we did was cut out part of the wall to really open the room up
and then
we put in a nice
heavy duty, frameless shower glass door that swings in and out.
Now one thing that you'll notice is unque on this to my installer is that normally
there is a metal hardware piece joining these two pieces in the corner, similar to the J channel that was used here.
In this case, he used a nice UV glue that gives it a nice
finished look
but doesn't give you the hardware. If you go into the shower you can see we have two shampoo shelves
That's pretty typically to do two of them to cover all of the stuff
and then a nice sitting bench in the coner so you can site down and shave your legs and relax.
And then usually we do a smaller tile on the floor.
What we choose for tile in here is a longer and narrow tile, and we turned them sideways and that really gives you a
feeling of hight on the shower, so that it feels taller.
So this is the master bath
and that included all new
tile based board trim
