hey silvaski so you asked what do I think about the insanity workout program
So similar to what I answered before about passion
some people like those types of training routines the kalesthetic type, super fastpaced go until
you can't go no more, sweating like an animal personally, i dont like it
do I think its a great program if you enjoy that type of stuff? 100%
My philosophy is that if you enjoy something, do it
the reason why is because you will be consistent
you will sustain the action if you can sustain action you will see results.
Period. and if you are looking for results and insanity
is something that interests you, try it out. if not, try something else out
you'll eventually find it I found that hitting those weights hard is
what revvs my engine and thats what I enjoy doing and I'm able to sustain doing it
