Instructors have the option of manually entering grades for students in their course’s gradebook. Grades can be entered either by user, category, or assignment. Spreadsheet View combines these options into one view.
To enter grades suing spreadsheet view, select Grades from the top line of the navigation bar. Select Enter Grades.

From the grades screen, select Switch to Spreadsheet View. Enter Grades for each assignment and user. Once you are finished entering grades, select Save. Select Yes in the pop up to confirm.

When viewing grades in the Gradebook, instructors can access student submissions from Dropboxes and Discussions and assess those items. From in a course, select Grades from the top line of the navigation bar and then select Enter Grades.

Please note that when viewing a quiz submission from the gradebook, a feedback screen and list of scores will be displayed. It is recommended that Instructors who wish to grade quiz submissions do so from the quizzes tool.
