Hello today we are going to make a chicken dish. We are going to make chicken curry and
instead of just putting some chicken powder on our chicken and cooking it like that we
are actually going to be taking about five to ten different spices. We are going to be
adding some cinnamon and some cumin seeds and some ground cumin and some crushed red
pepper, some cloves, tumeric and curry powder, black pepper and we are going to be mixing
some of those all together. We are going to toast some of the seeds. We are going to be
cutting up some jalapeños and some ginger and blending that together with some chutney
and some apples and then adding some vegetable stock and some tomatoes and then we are going
to cut our chicken into cubes and then boil that all down and then we are going to have
an apple coconut chutney that we are going to make and we are going to make that before
we make the chicken curry so that they will have time to blend together and we are going
to serve that at room temperature so after we plate our chicken curry we will put that
chutney over the top and then we are going to take some apples and we are going to sauté
them in some sherry wine along with some stock and we are going to add some curry powder
and dump that into our rice and then boil that down.
