Does Mehlman Deserve Understanding?

onto ken mehlman uh... i discuss in a little bit on that show yesterday uh... he kind even apology saying that it wasn't quite an apology it although heidelberg apology not accepted right uh... but he said of course for the for those who don't don't know can almost campaign magic for bush in two two thousand four iran etc horribly a t_v_ campaign put a_d_d_ initiatives all throughout the country to draw lot conservative votes right and then in opal fido seven-time mellman was the r_n_c_ chair in two thousand six they went back to that same exact strategy media strategy he says it's now he's come out and said i'm gay and he said all internally i tried to talk him out of it than you know bushes such as well dot use level before but all uh... you know he says he doesn't understand why more gays are republican because we're fighting the taliban or don't like this nice logic apparent that bush lied literally yes and gentleman things of that was like seat now that he likes get pilots could stuff yeah so that mellman is asking look if first critics who say if they can offer support at least offer understood where i say no permission when used as a no because look easy after the fact that we have no power descent i have my bad i threw you under the bus i do my own people are there any kind of people on the bus uh... what i had the power to do something but now i'd like to be a little bit more comfortable and it doesn't matter what i do anymore and i like to go up to date sun in public and chelsea where he lives now in new york and so i'd like your of understood picking me he'd get it i'd say cricket that more compassionate lit i think you're a little right i mean it's not enough for him to say no i was fought to make this a more inclusive party no you didn't you made it more exclusive party but i'm fairly prepared to let his own demons to let him deal with his own d you know there's no question he did a bad thing he was gay and it's one thing to be gamecube to yourself i don't think anybody should be outing people ever under any circumstance from one all items and etc uh... how adept steps up and seventy calories a day uh... thought that is that it around on the heated debate that said alia matters whether we whether we accept his power first of all at some point restart picking up again right scars some boy your apple adam off the hook into the wrong thing eventually get to do the right thing and that's just the way it goes it's if you never can stranger right never get to here are given a chance to do the right thing there's no incentive to change it and migrate is headed to court as white roses a definite out ten aneurysm might does it is the e_c_ with uh... politicians once they get out a bill like our own mother you know i'm gay measurable for gay rights right yeah so and that's a that's still logic and right by some of the question atone for this but you gotta go through a lot about his conditions were really extreme respect take all the money you made as a republican and only the gay rights cause guys uh... struck back at the growl and i could do that right but luck uh... i'm not an unreasonable net effect i people who were part of his most resolve that that having to do that with me but nonetheless dot com so you can atone for right but you're going to have to show me a lot of atonement it out ang gave me the soda or are we there now or hell no we're not there now head of the matters of whether really forgive him it matters that he's called out on the nonsense that still comes out of his uh... the notion that although i think it's an incredibly inclusive party and i try to really hard to get the great about nonsense right that's bs and that's all in their lives or you're very ignorant game uh... so backup looked at to see that's a very fundamental in isn't that correct killing at least get you to say hey you know what we did run into you can't week it was divisive we knew what we were doing there you know he's going to try to talk about but i don't believe in that all honestly of the above us even if that were true hey you know what i can tell them out of it but i felt yeah any rent a divisive campaign and i'm sorry we should have done that and the bad guys like i'm a republican i missed a republican but i think it's a terrible mistake were making dividing people on the try to fight it from within that would be a good start that we try to help you out but i don't listen of that
