Live Stream of Star Wars Battlefront 2 - Let's talk about solo - A star wars story

good morning it's a fine Saturday morning I have my my coffee in hand another day closer to that Han Solo trailer when are we gonna get to watch that thing possibly tomorrow I did read something though that they might just put like a little 30-second sort of like a trailer to a trailer during the Superbowl and then they might release the full thing on Good Morning America on Monday morning since that's on ABC another Disney property which I don't believe the Super Bowls on what is it like NBC or one of those other ones *** but last night I was doing another livestream and I was sort of talking about what I want to wanted to see you know just in the Han Solo movie in general and I think there's a couple things that we're gonna get from the from the movie you know we're gonna get to see Han and Chewie meet we're gonna see Han win the Falcon from Lando man and then I think we're gonna see the Kessel run those are three things that just based on my gut feelings and just what I've seen from Ron Howard's Instagram feed I think that's what we're gonna get and if you're not following Ron Howard on Instagram or Twitter do it now but I I also I wanted I've completely forgot to mention this and before I started streaming last night I wanted to talk about it but for some reason I just I just completely forgot to mention it but I wanted to talk about Java I want to see Java in the Han Solo movie I think it's it's likely we'll see him god damn it all right I gotta turn up my mouse sensitivity can I even do that in here soldier teamplay hmm that's probably that's one thing about playing with playing on a PC mouse and keyboard you know there's some guys that are just so have such precision *** well ice I got uh Miguel there we go *** *** goddammit I spilled coffee on my desk son of a *** one moment you you all right I'm back sorry about that come on guys hang in there all right we lost Oh I didn't do terrible but normally my matches are just god-awful the first couple of ones like it's embarrassing how much I'll die or lack of kills I get to chic man I've never played this map before this just looks awesome I feel like I'm in Revenge of the Sith Wow look at that you know knock down the prequels however much you want but visually and just the amount of design that went into those movies was just fantastic *** don't get too confident yet Oh God Oh God man they blend in with the caves it's hard to spot em out but just back to the prequels especially edge of the Sith I like pretty much everything about that movie my my only gripes about that movie are that Anakin's turned to the dark side it just happens like a flip of a switch you know right after they kill mace windu or mace windu goes flying out the window and then just padme's death where she just gives up and there's it also gets a little bit muddy where you know in Return of the Jedi Luke asks layout buddy what she remembers about her mother and like she mentions like she remembers some stuff it's be one battle droids oh man don't let him get behind you oh man it's getting a little bit intense it's hard to focus and keep a conversation with yourself going when you're going through *** this intense damn I swear every time I play against the separatist army man I just get rekt I feel like the the v1 battle droids have a little bit of an advantage they did feel like they they're a little bit quicker a little bit faster I don't know if that's true or not but that's just kind of what it felt like when I was playing the separatist army all right what's the plan out of your thugs we have rebels of all the station trap them down and eliminate I tried to pull like a Luke Skywalker and Leia in a new hope damn ah blasted to the face all these guys are doing this way oh yeah that was well-timed ooh one moment what's the plan okay maybe I'll go heavy we'll kick it up a notch damn all right maybe I should apply a little more strategy into my plan that obviously didn't work okay we're not doing too good *** mm-hmm I can't do a salt it's just not accurate enough maybe I'm just not good enough maybe that's the reason why plus I don't think you you can't throw grenades or whatever I don't know what those aren't I on detonators yeah what is that oh it's a thermal detonator in a Return of the Jedi when a you know Leia was disguised as a bounty hunter and she presents the thermal detonator for Jabba they seemed like something so much more intimidating than what we actually get in the game and this an even dozen c-3po even say like she said there my dad JJ I could be wrong but if I'm just going off my memory here I thought that's that's what the case was we lost all right I think I got enough for one more matching me then it might be time to whip up some breakfast but I was talking about the possibility of seeing Jabba in the Han Solo movie and I think you almost have to have job I don't think you need a lot of them maybe just like one or two scenes I think that could be cool and I think that'd work it makes sense but you know if you're gonna have Java that means we get salacious crumb again and I think that would be absolutely fantastic I would absolutely love to see salacious crumb again *** where'd she go perhaps we'll learn how Han Solo becomes indebted to Jabba as mentioned in episode 4 yeah it's likely you know I mean I don't know if this Jabba the guy who likes ends on on the mission to smuggle all that spice and maybe maybe Han has to drop the cargo or for some reason uh loses it and all that all that product Jabba would be quite upset you know he's a he's a gangster he's like The Godfather of Tatooine and yes thermal detonators seemed much more destructive in Return of the Jedi then they are in Battlefront yeah I mean it in battlefront they're just uh they're like any other grenade that we've seen in and whatever first-person shooter you can think of that's so I can go out that way I think it was like it's gonna blow up javis entire palace yeah I agree I don't really think Java was that intimidated by it though he's sort of just started laughing Adam who is Jabba's translator for some reason it's left my brain and I cannot think of uh his cousin was in rogue one he was like saw guerreras translator God you know he's the *** Twi'lek with the left coup but I can't think of it starts to be oh it's bib Fortuna forget what his cousin's name was something weird like that I'm just kidding mm-hmm I'm just getting rekt this match yeah it's bib Fortuna what are your thoughts on the possibility of boba fett popping up in this movie it's one thing about these these new I mean I would consider them prequels you know with rogue one and the Han Solo movie where they're taking these these small connections in like lines like the Kessel run was pretty much like a throwaway line in Star Wars and it's probably gonna become a plot point and that was the same thing with like rogue one where you have like a sentence in the opening crawl and it becomes a story or a movie I guess is that the way to go with Star Wars though is you just like in Return of the Jedi you know you hear Han Solo he's sort of like still blind you know like everything's blurry I'm tattooing right before he's about to be pushed into the Sarlacc pit you know Luke comes to save the day and Han says boba fett like he obviously knows who he is and yeah he's the guy who transported them from Cloud City to Tatooine but does it really make sense for the story to include Boba Fett or is it just because they can and it might bring some more box office even the sound of these thermal detonators I feel like they lacking some punch you know what I mean *** well I'm just more curious than anything what this movie is gonna be like like how much are we lost like is it gonna feel Frankenstein Frankenstein you know like but from what it sounds like is that Ron Howard reshot so much of this movie I think a lot of the the visual effects sequences as far as like the Millennium Falcon all that type of stuff they probably had to keep just because you know due to timing reasons how long it takes to complete visual effects and things like that but I would imagine they would have had to keep those and those probably weren't the the things that the studio or Lawrence Kasdan had issues with you know who knows maybe maybe Han was piloting the Millennium Falcon as if Ace Ventura would but it was probably just the more I just the more scenes with other individuals we're talking uh uh who knows maybe I'm just making *** up but uh guys that's gonna don't Adam just popped in again I think if they're gonna have a new actor play Han Solo they may need as much familiarity as they can get so it'd be nice to have Java and Boba Fett maybe just a Boba Fett cameo yeah I mean I'd be fine if we just saw him sort of like I mean even the the moment in Empire Strikes Back when you know vader-like hires you know you have like ig-88 *** who's the other guy that wears like the he has like the what's his name he wears like the turban I can't remember but anyways like ig-88 and Boba Fett are both in there and you know Vader tells Boba Fett I tells the whole group of bounty hunters no thermal detonators which even yeah even that right there shows you that these like grenades or these explosives are supposed to be they're supposed to pack that much punch I don't expect that they'll expand the universe too much since the plot already deviates from the saga films yeah the I mean it's probably not gonna add too much to like the Star Wars mythos but uh like what I want is just a fun adventure film you know I feel a little bit something like an Indiana Jones movie and I know Indiana Jones you obviously learn all this stuff as far as like history not that it's true but you know there's always a quest where there's Nazis or a temple you know it expands the mythology and Indiana Jones but I just want it to be a kind of a swashbuckling film I doubt Jedi will be in it as Vader gonna be in this thing who knows but uh I'm gonna get going thank you guys for watching if you want more of these just let me know
