Hi guys!!!
Here I am again after months without new recipes,
and I want to show you a sweet recipe perfect for Valentine's Day!
In my opinion, it's not important cooking everything in heart shapes or stuff like that
but cooking from your heart for your fiance/ee, friends or parents is the main point.
I mean, it's important to enjoy cooking for someone! :D
So this is a sweet recipe, in this case a cupcakes recipe.
It's a really easy and delicious recipe and you'll need, in addition to the ingredients, the cupcakes molds.
You can choose some heart shape molds like this silicone one or like these that I've bought at Ikea.
As you can see, they're not really cute, so I do suggest to remove the cupcake from the mold and serve it on a little dish with some little decorations.
Otherwise you can choose some paper molds like this one.
It's not heart shape, but it has warm colors as the flavors of the cupcake, so I think that it's just perfect for this event.
Moreover, since it's cute just the way it is, you don't need to remove the cupcake from it.
So these are my suggestions. Anyway, in all these cases you don't need to butter and flour the molds, so they're also practical.
The recipe is really easy. I halved the doses (I made 6 cakes), but you'll find doses for 12 cupcakes.
I'm just saying it if you'll notice that I'm using less ingredients.
I hope you'll like this recipe. If you'll try this one, but also any other recipe of mine or of other youtubers, bloggers, etc. please send me the pictures of your creations.
You can send your pics to my facebook page, find the link below the video.
So I'll keep adding new photos to the "followers creations album" :)

Right, I've already talked too much. I wish you a happy Valentine's Day and see you soon!!!
First, melt the butter, the brown sugar, the cereals bars and the vanilla bean seeds over a bain marie.
Sift the flour into a bowl.
Then sift also the cocoa powder.
And add the desiccated coconut.
Add the eggs and mix all the ingredients.
Now add the melted mixture little by little.
Cut about 8 cherries in syrup and add them to the mixture.
I do suggest to add also a few teaspoons of the cherries' syrup.
Let's fill the molds. If you have an ice-cream spoon, you can obtain easily cupcakes of equal size.
Bake them at 160°C (320°F) for about 40 minutes. Insert a toothpick, if it will be dry, the cupcakes are ready.
Meanwhile, let's prepare the icing. Pour the icing sugar in a bowl
the cocoa powder
the melted butter
and add a bit of hot water to obtain the right texture. You need just a little bit.
Once the cupcakes are completely cold, decorate them with the icing by a pastry bag.
Complete them placing a cherry in syrup over the top.
