Hay Day - Where did my facebook friends go?

Uhhhh, what the what! Where did my Facebook friends go? It is quite a mystery as to why your farm disconnects from Facebook, but some possible reasons for the disconnect could be you are not properly logged in to your Facebook account or perhaps a friend or family member logged into their account on your device. No need to panic because in this video, we will show you how to get your Facebook friends back on your farm for both Apple users and Android users. If you have an Apple device, begin by first logging out of your Facebook app. Open the Facebook app, tap on the icon with the 3 horizontal lines on the top left corner, scroll down the menu and tap on "log out " and confirm. Then, check if you are signed in to your Facebook account in your web browser. Open Safari and go to Facebook, and see if you are signed in with your account or any other account. It looks like a friend of mine had logged into their account on my iPad. I'll just log them out. Finally, head over to your device's settings and scroll down the menu to Facebook. Here is the account that is currently logged in. Tap on it and choose "Delete Account". Don't worry, your Facebook account is safe, this will only be removed from the device. A pop-up message will follow asking to "Turn Off Contacts". Go ahead and choose "Remove Facebook Info". Again, no need to worry, since your Facebook info will be added back once you log in with your own account. Then log back in with your credentials. Double tap the "Home" button and close all the apps that are running in the background. Open Hay Day ...and go to your farm's settings. Tap on "Sign in with Facebook" and confirm that you allow Hay Day to access your basic information. See, now my Facebook friends are back...and yours should too. You can always check if Hay Day is allowed to access your basic Facebook information. Go back to your device's settings to Facebook, and check the list of apps allowed to use your Facebook account. If Hay Day is active, you will see your Facebook friends in the game. If it is not active, you will not see your Facebook friends. Let's see what happens when it is deactivated. I can't see my Facebook friends, so I will go back and activate it again. For those of you on Android devices having difficulties with Facebook, first check that both your Hay Day app and Facebook app are up to date. Head over to your device's settings, scroll down the menu to accounts, find Facebook and tap on your account. Tap on the 3 dots on the top right corner and choose "Remove Account" -- again, don't worry, your Facebook data is safe, it will just be temporarily removed from the device. A message will pop-up asking to " Remove Account?" so go ahead and confirm. Turn off your device ...and turn it back on. But do not go into Hay Day just yet! Head back to your device's settings, scroll down to Accounts, tap on "add account", select Facebook, and you will be redirected to the Facebook App. Log in. Open Hay Day. Go into your game's settings and tap on "Sign in with Facebook." And that should get your game attached to Facebook and your friends' list back in order. Have a Hay-ppy Day!
