I think that if you talk to
offices around the country you would see that
no two of them are the same SII understands that
and they still help each and every one of us individually
with how we want to grow our practice
I view SII as full partners. They are interested in growing our business
we're interested in growing their business for the sheer fact that
the bigger faster stronger they can get the more resources they have to help us grow
our business
and I think it's a it's a true partnership we don't have the resources
to develop our own compliance department wouldn't have the resources to
develop our own technology department we have full faith that
they're taking care of us they're looking out for us as well as our clients
with all the changes that are coming about. I would say that a lot
advisors around the country have had as much say in
the products and services that they provide as anybody
in the back office they do everything in their power to listen to what we have to say
we're the ones that are dealing with
clients on a regular basis they understand that they accept that
what they do fantastic job doing is
basically giving us giving us the tools we need to best serve our clients
before their own anything whether it's on the service side at the product side
the run it through the advisors and the people who are actually going to use it.
as an adviser working with them for a period of time
I wouldn't even look at anywhere else right now everything works fine
there's no problems with their systems they could leave it be
they don't want to. They never stopped looking at what can we do next to better our
broker-dealer SI's been fantastic.
