or building supportive friendships.
Some of us findi it inspiring to give back to our UBC community, or to volunteer for a community outside of UBC.
Sometimes we prioritize time with others to help us succeed and feel connected and have fun.
While at other times, we find it more important to take time out for ourselves.
We all find our own ways, physically and mentally, to build our positive mental health.
