Hello, my name is Emiliya and I am going to cook a Bulgarian dish called Chicken kavarma, but the recipe is done in my way. I put onion with olive oil to fry and then I add the chicken meat. After that, I put the mushrooms And when it's fried I put some red wine Everything will be strangle... I put chicken broth, black pepper, and two kind of red pepper Now I am going to cook "Cheese of Shopski". I am going to cook it in folio. The cheese is brined cheese... ...and Shopski is called from one region from Bulgaria And now... bon appetit ! - Tremendous ! - Tremendous... Anyway, do I have to tell you about this story ? About love in travel? It is not easy. Love in travel is kind of complicated 'cause you have to choose. Your status of vagabond, pilgrim, doesn't let you start anything stable and women in general, fortunately or not, want this from you. They want security, stability, something solid... So, in my opinion, to build a relationship, either long or short, you must stop. Otherwise, it can only be "one night stand" or something similar. The conclusion is that personally I needed this, 'cause spending a long time alone make you realise that both from physical point of view as from the mental one, you need affection. You need someone to share your experiences, your thoughts, your life with. We are the only people in the world that says "yes" shaking the head in the opposite direction. So sometimes when we go abroad there are misunderstanding : I want to say "yes" and everybody understand "no"... That's it. Your face is amazing, to see you watching the camera makes me laugh a lot... A message for the world? Well, be happy ! Smile..! And don't complain.
