Hello and welcome to the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. Geneva is one of the most important events in the automotive industry,
every year it gathers a million of visitors, as well as cars, supercars and concepts from all around the world.
This year's edition might be one of the most exciting since a long time and now you'll see through my personal list the 10 new most outstanding cars on display.
Last but not least, in the 10th position we find the Rolls Royce Wraith. Everywhere you look you can tell that this luxury coupè is expensive and hand-built with a painstaking care.
How can you make a Lamborghini Aventador look more awesome? That's quite hard, but not impossible for the guys at Mansory with their new Carbonado,
a full carbon Aventador which looks like a stealth-bomber for the road and nearly costs 3 times more than a standard Aventador.
In the 8th position we find the Pagani Huayra with a few new elements,
the Track Pack which gives more grip and downforce and the 1200 watts Sonus Faber audio system for an impeccable auditive pleasure.
RWD, 895kg and 240hp. The Alfa Romeo 4C looks like a good rival of the Lotus Exige, but with italian style and elegance.
It's a very promising sports car and so it goes into the 7th position.
6th position! Within a couple of years this is gonna be the most common car that you'll see in a trackday, it's the new Porsche GT3!
'nuff said, this is one of the best track cars of the moment that money can buy.
The 5th position goes to the Ferrari Sergio. This one-off is made to celebrate Sergio Pininfarina, the designer of the most beautiful Ferraris ever made.
Underneath lies the chassis, engine and other components taken from the 458 Spider. Don't worry, the absence of the windshield is not a problem, an helmet is included with the car.
In order to celebrate the 100th Koenigsegg, the swedish manufacturer has created the Agera S Hundra. It's made entirely of carbon fibre and 24 karats gold,
this hypercar is out of this world and that's why it goes into the 4th position.
And the 3rd position goes to the McLaren P1! Although we have already seen it last year in Paris, this one is a real production car and we can spy also the interior.
The 3.8L twin turbo V8 combined with an electric engine produce an astonishing 903hp.
A huge spoiler and the active aerodynamics give to the P1 the maximum grip and downforce, definitely a worthy successor of the legendary F1!
On the second step of the podium, we find another Lamborghini, the Veneno LP750-4. It looks like a racecar but it's road legal.
Everything here is exaggerated by starting from the price tag of €3.0m + taxes to its 750hp which gives her a top speed of over 350km/h.
This car is just crazy and represents the total madness of Lamborghinis and that's why I love it.
And the 1st position goes to the most awaited car of this year's Geneva Motor Show, the Ferrari LaFerrari.
The most powerful road-production Ferrari is powered by a 6.3L V12 engine that produces 800hp,
in additional to the KERS system the power bumps up to 963hp.
Needless to say that all the 499 units have been sold quickly for a staggering price tag of 1.2m € + taxes.
This has car has joined the family of Ferrari's most exclusive hypercars and one day it will become an icon.
Well, that's all for this year's Geneva Motor Show, I hope did you enjoy my coverage, see ya!
