Day in The Life - Tirlen

[cool, ambient music throughout] I thought about bringing my DSLR today because I could get a lot cooler stuff filmed at school, but it's kinda raining, and it's gonna get worse. So... My iPhone will do. This makes for a really cool umbrella vlog, though, so I'm really digging that. It's getting away from me. [sighs] The sun is coming out. How's your day going, Peyton? -It's going well. -That's good. It got freakin sunny. And now I have this giant umbrella for nothing. -It's a good thing I left my umbrella in my car. Which I was gratefully regretting this morning. -I have two umbrellas on me right now. -Do you really? -I do. I have one in my backpack and my big one that I'm carrying. -You came prepared. -Yeah. But it wasn't worth it. Cause now it's gross and hot and sunny. There's no rain. So, Peyton, why don't you tell everybody what you're going to be doing tonight? -I'm gonna track a thunderstorm. It's honestly kind of weird that I decided to do this whole, like, Day in the Life video thing today, because it's my longest day of classes; I have classes from 9:30 in the morning to 6:30 at night, which is what I just got out of. And I only have an hour for lunch, so I haven't been able to film a whole lot so far. Hopefully I can document more of my evening and stuff. I'm, like, really excited, because I was going to have a paper due in two days for my writing for video games class, and I just found out it is pushed back until after spring break and I hadn't started it yet and I'm just like, so happy. Like, I am, like, free this evening. Like, that was going to take up my entire evening. And now I'm free and I'm just [sighs] so happy. Also, I wanted to bring this up before I forgot about it, but I'd like to do a Q&A for next week's video, so if you have any questions for me, go ahead and leave them in the comments or tweet them to me @tirlen. And we are running a little bit late, and it's all my fault. What are we doing in the music building at 9:30 at night? -Practicing. -This classroom in the music building makes me feel like I'm back in elementary school music class. [exhales] [laughs] Wait, no!
