ICKFD and Depois dos Quinze
presents: MERINGUE
Hello, starting the first program of the channel CBM in partnership with the website Depois dos Quinze,
from Bruna Vieira, and if you don't know her - I doubt it but if you don't,
it's just click here and go to her site, Depois dos Quinze.
And if you are seeing us on the Depois dos Quinze website, click here and subscribe on my channel,
on Cozinha Bossa & Malagueta.
On this program I'll make some pretty easy recipes that you'll sugest on the comments.
Of course I'll grant Bruna's request and prepare her favorite dessert, which is a Meringue!
For this recipe I'm going to beat 500ml of fresh heavy cream with 1 tbsp of
vanilla extract and 4 tbsps of sugar.
If you prefer, you can do this just with the heavy cream without the whey,
which is thick, also, and helps too.
I like beating the fresh heavy cream because then it turns into chantilly and gets really aerated and
tasty!
I'm going to use 1 tbsp of vanilla essence.
And if you want to know how to make Vanilla Extract, just click here and go to the site!
I'm going to beat with the fouet, with my hand, but I don't know if I'll stand it because my arms
aren't really like an aunt canteen, but you can beat on the mixer.
If you use the heavy cream, you don't need to beat, just combine everything.
And is in these moments you need a really strong friend to help you!
Strong friend is something else.
Now is pretty easy, you just have to assemble the meringue. Make layers of chantilly or the heavy cream,
put some strawberries - I'm using some gooseberry that were in the fridge, too
and the little meringues. Add layers and more layers until it is very tasty and big.
This is a genious idea of recipe, I didn't take not even 10 minutes doing it. Of course I had some help
of Cintia, but I am sure you have a friend that will help you, too!
And on the next program I want you to decide the recipe, so write on the comments below.
And if you liked this video, like it and share it on every social networks. Bye!
