Little Venice

Just opposite the Windmills there is the neighborhood of the so called Little Venice.
We call it so exactly because the houses stand in the water, these were once the houses of
the richer people of the island, these were the houses of the captains since Mykonos had
very long tradition in the nautical professions.
We can also know that these people were the richer one since we always have two stores,
two balconys on those houses, so they were more luxurious than all other houses in the
core of the city.
