Now that I've finished getting the consistency just right, it's still a little bit soft.
I added a little bit more flour. But it's still soft, and that's okay, because you may
not be baking these cookies, but you are going to be chilling them, and that's going to make
them come together. Now, I'm taking about a heaping tablespoon and rolling that tablespoon
into a ball, and then into the rest of those sesame seeds that we toasted.
Yeah, your hands will get a little bit sticky, but that's okay. I'm going to finish plating
these up. Now, they're not quite ready to eat. I always find myself wanting to eat them
right at this point. But if you can resist, you'll get them right to the right texture
if you put them in the fridge just until they harden up a little bit, as little as 15 minutes,
and then you're ready to go.
