Free Stejt - Odcinek 1 - Intro

Hello everyone and welcome in first episode of new audition in Kontestacja.com In next episodes I'll try to tell you a little bit about amazing idea by USA libertarians Discouraged by many unsuccessful elections and other activities without bigger impact Decided to try another approach. And that is how in 2001 Free State Project was born Long story short - the idea is to convince 20 000 pro liberty people to move to one place and to work towards limiting role of government as much as it will be possible In 2003 New Hampshire was chosen as the destination because this state is already one of the most free states: Both law and native people are considered to be pro liberty. Some examples: no income tax, no capital tax, quite liberal law regarding cars, owning a weapon. One member of House of Representatives if assigned to only 3000 citizens and his earning only ... $100 per year. ... and many, many other reasons, but I can talk about this in another episode. All this points were so convincing, that NH was chosen as the state to which everyone should move to. You can say, that such idea is quite risky, because it is hard for someone to leave job, family and friends and ... ... to start from the beginning in completely different place. ... but If you look at this numbers you need to admit that it is starting to work! 15 000 people signed in confirming that they would like to move and create new society. and 1 500 ware so dedicated, that actually they have already moved. Then live there for some time and other join one by one. What do you think: what can happen when you have 1 500 activists in one place that were so dedicated that they have moved intentionally just to act ?! I am monitoring this project since few years. I was sucked into it qute a lot, so I decided that ... ... in need to see it in reality, with my own eyes. I have bought plane tickets and in March I will be visiting NH and I will take you with me.
