Hello, my name is Victoria Love and today's video is all about peppermint essential oil.
One of the many benefits of peppermint is that it contains menthol so it really does
give off a soothing, cooling effect. I personally love to just add a few drops to my body lotion,
then lather all over my body right after I get out of a hot yoga session or when first
out of the gym; it just really calms my muscles and makes me feel better. If you are feeling
nauseous, have a headache, or feel like you have a stomachache; it also helps in those
areas as well. For skin care, it does nourish dull skin and helps improve oily skin. So
I'm just going to take a few drops here and just kind of stir it in my lotion, just to
give you an idea of how I do this. A few drops does give off a really strong aroma. After
that, you are ready to use it. And you can instantly notice the tingling sensation, that
it's so refreshing; you can really smell that menthol, so strong and so beautiful. I really
recommend you trying this. Then treat yourself to a delicious cup of soothing peppermint
